Ingredients
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter softened
- 1⅓ cups self-rising flour
- ⅔ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup whole milk
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup raspberries
Instructions
- Grease Cover with softened butter. Combine all ingredients in bowl and pour into greased Cover. Stack and cook.
- May be cooked separately, uncovered, on high power 5–6 minutes, or until toothpickinserted in center comes out clean.
