  • Stack Cooker


  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 1⅓ cups self-rising flour
  • cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup raspberries


  • Grease Cover with softened butter. Combine all ingredients in bowl and pour into greased Cover. Stack and cook.
  • May be cooked separately, uncovered, on high power 5–6 minutes, or until toothpickinserted in center comes out clean.
