Ingredients
- 2 medium apples peeled, cored and slices
- ¼ cup caramel topping
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Arrange apple slices in cover. Stir together caramel, water and lemon juice. Carefully pour over apples; wipe away any sauce that drips on the side of the cover with a damp paper towel. In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar,and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinlke evenly over apple mixture. Stack and cool.
- May be cooked separately, uncovered, on high power 5–7 minutes or until apples are tender. Stir.
