Ingredients

  • 1 lb butternut squash peeled ans cut in 1″ wedge slices
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • cup pecans

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to 3-Qt./3 L Casserole and mix well. Stack and cook.
  • May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 8–10 minutes.
