Ingredients
- 1 lb butternut squash peeled ans cut in 1″ wedge slices
- ½ cup orange juice
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp butter
- ⅓ cup pecans
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to 3-Qt./3 L Casserole and mix well. Stack and cook.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 8–10 minutes.
