Ingredients
- 3-4 sweet potatoes rinsed
- 2 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Cut the bottom of sweet potatoes lengthwise to fit in 3-Qt./3 L Casserole. Slice midway through sweet potato pieces crosswise, being careful not to cut all the way through. Arrange in 3-Qt./3 L Casserole. Stack and cook. At the end of cooking time, top with melted butter and salt.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 8 minutes.
