Ingredients
- 3 plantains peeled and sliced
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- ⅓ cup whole milk
- 4 slices salami diced
Instructions
- Place plantains and water in 3-Qt./3 L Casserole. Stack and cook. At the end of cooking time, mash plantains and add remaining ingredients.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 8–10 minutes.
