Ingredients

PanCake mix

  • cup self-rising flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup reduced-fat milk (2%)
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp pancake syrup of choice

Glaze Topping (Optional)

  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp reduced-fat milk (2%)

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in bowl until well combined and pour into Cover. Stack and cook. While PanCake is cooking, combine all glaze topping ingredients and mix well, set aside.
  • At the end of cooking time, top with glaze and serve. Serves 8.
  • May be cooked separately, uncovered, on 90% power 6 minutes.
