Ingredients
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 8 large eggs
- ¼ cup ham or bacon diced
- ½ cup reduced-fac milk (2%)
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in bowl until well combined and pour into 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole. Stack and cook. At the end of cooking time, stir to combine.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 4–5 minutes.
