  • Stack Cooker


  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 8 large eggs
  • ¼ cup ham or bacon diced
  • ½ cup reduced-fac milk (2%)
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper


  • Mix all ingredients in bowl until well combined and pour into 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole. Stack and cook. At the end of cooking time, stir to combine.
  • May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 4–5 minutes.
