- Stack Cooker
- 1 cup walnuts chopped
- 6 dates chopped
- 1½ tbsp unsalted butter softened
- 1 tbst brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinamon
- 2 apples quartered and deseeded
- Place all ingredients, except apples, in small bowl and mix until well combined. Stuff mixture inside all apples. Stack and cook.
- May be cooked separately, uncovered, on 70% power 4 minutes.
