- Stack Cooker
- 2 chorizo sausages sliced
- ½ small onion chopped
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 can whole kernel corn drained (15.25oz)
- 2 cups herb-seasoned classic stuffing mix
- ⅔ cup chicken broth
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- Place chorizo, onion and butter in 3-Qt./ 3 L Casserole and microwave on high power 2 minutes. Mix well and add remaining ingredients. Stack and cook.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 5 minutes.
