Spinach and Coriander Pesto

Ingredients

  • 100 g spinach
  • 10 leaf basil
  • ½ bunch coriander
  • 20 pistachios
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp fresh parmesan cheese
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions

  • In the Chop N’ Prep Chef, chop the pistachio, coriander, basil and spinach until smoot texture.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and chop again until smoot texture.
