Spinach and Coriander Pesto
Ingredients
- 100 g spinach
- 10 leaf basil
- ½ bunch coriander
- 20 pistachios
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp fresh parmesan cheese
- salt and black pepper
Instructions
- In the Chop N’ Prep Chef, chop the pistachio, coriander, basil and spinach until smoot texture.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and chop again until smoot texture.
