Chop the onion and garlic whit the power chef. Place in the 1.75L of the Tupper wave whit the Italian spice and olive oil. Place the cover whit the handle cross. Cook 2-3 minutes.
Chop the tomato whit the power chef and add to the onion and garlic.
Add the chicken in the tomato and top whit the grated cheese.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Whit the chop n’ prep chop the basil of parsley and add to the chicken before serving.
