frozen in a Freezer Mates (10 oz.)

fresh ginger
grated

egg white
Instructions
With the Power Chef, crush the frozen mandarin
Put the sugar, the egg whites and the grated ginger over the mandarin. Chop until homogeneous and smooth texture.
Freeze for 30 to 60 minutes.
