Mandarin Sorbet

  • 2 cans mandarin frozen in a Freezer Mates (10 oz.)
  • 10 ml fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1-2 egg white


  • With the Power Chef, crush the frozen mandarin
  • Put the sugar, the egg whites and the grated ginger over the mandarin. Chop until homogeneous and smooth texture.
  • Freeze for 30 to 60 minutes.
