Green beans salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 cup of dried sun tomato in oil
  • 1 French shallot
  • 1 cup of small bocconcini
  • 1 pack of green bean

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp of provencal herbs
  • 2 tsp of herbes salée du bas du fleuve
  • 2/3 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp of warm water

Instructions

  • Whit the steam cooker or the smart multi-cooker, put 400 ml of water in the base and put the green beans in the shielded colander. Cook for 12 minutes in the micro wave.
  • Chop the French shallot and the dried tomato in the chop n’ prep.
  • Put in an impression boll the tomato, French shallot, bocconcini and green beans.
  • Use the Shaker for the dressing. Put all the ingredients of the dressing in it and shake well.
  • Pour in the salad and mix well.
