Green beans salad
Ingredients
Salad
- 1 cup of dried sun tomato in oil
- 1 French shallot
- 1 cup of small bocconcini
- 1 pack of green bean
Dressing
- 2 tbsp of Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp of provencal herbs
- 2 tsp of herbes salée du bas du fleuve
- 2/3 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp of warm water
Instructions
- Whit the steam cooker or the smart multi-cooker, put 400 ml of water in the base and put the green beans in the shielded colander. Cook for 12 minutes in the micro wave.
- Chop the French shallot and the dried tomato in the chop n’ prep.
- Put in an impression boll the tomato, French shallot, bocconcini and green beans.
- Use the Shaker for the dressing. Put all the ingredients of the dressing in it and shake well.
- Pour in the salad and mix well.
