Artichoke Tapenade


  • 2 cup of marinate artichoke heart
  • 2 tsp of lemon zest
  • 2/3 cup of parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • Italian parsley
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Black olive grossly cut for topping


  • Zest the lemon whit the zest of the Zest N’ press.
  • Grate the parmesan cheese whit the Grate Master.
  • Put all of the ingredients except for the olive oil and the black olive in the power chef.
  • Chop and drizzle whit olive oil until a nice texture.
  • Add the black olive
  • Serve whit cracker
