Artichoke Tapenade
Artichoke Tapenade
- 2 cup of marinate artichoke heart
- 2 tsp of lemon zest
- 2/3 cup of parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Italian parsley
- Salt and black pepper
- Black olive grossly cut for topping
Zest the lemon whit the zest of the Zest N’ press.
Grate the parmesan cheese whit the Grate Master.
Put all of the ingredients except for the olive oil and the black olive in the power chef.
Chop and drizzle whit olive oil until a nice texture.
Add the black olive
Serve whit cracker
