Artichoke Tapenade
Ingredients
- 2 cup of marinate artichoke heart
- 2 tsp of lemon zest
- 2/3 cup of parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Italian parsley
- Salt and black pepper
- Black olive grossly cut for topping
Instructions
- Zest the lemon whit the zest of the Zest N’ press.
- Grate the parmesan cheese whit the Grate Master.
- Put all of the ingredients except for the olive oil and the black olive in the power chef.
- Chop and drizzle whit olive oil until a nice texture.
- Add the black olive
- Serve whit cracker
