Almond vegetarian pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 cup pasta use only the one whit 11 minutes of cooking and more
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 2 garlic glove
  • 2 broccoli
  • 227 g slice mushroom
  • 1/2 cup dry sun tomato in oil
  • 3 cup baby spinach
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1 cup almond
  • 1/2 cup basil compact
  • olive oil

Instructions

  • In the base of the smart multi-cooker put the pasta and the water. Add 1 tsp of salt.
  • Whit the power chef, chop the garlic and onion. Put them in the bottom of the shielded colander. Over the onion put the mushroom and on top the broccoli.
  • In the shallow colander, add the baby spinach.
  • Stage cook for 15 minutes at high and rest for 5 minutes before open.
  • Mix the pasta and the vegetable.
  • In the power chef chop successively the almond, basil and dry sun tomato and add to the pasta.
  • Add the olive oil and serve.
