Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh tomatoes diced
  • 1 1/3 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp couscous
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place the parsley into the Chop-N-Prep and chop.
  • Diced the tomato
  • Place all of the ingredients into the Stuffables bowl and mix.
  • Put in the cover of the Tupperwave Stack cooker and cook for 10 minutes.
