Chocolate cake with caramel sauce and roasted nuts

Ingredients

Mix #1

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla

Mix #2

  • 1 ⅓ cup flour
  • ½ cup cacao
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt

Sauce

  • cup butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup 35% cream
  • ½ cup nuts (optional)

Instructions

  • With the chop n’ prep, chop the nuts and cut them in the cover or the Tupperwave, Cook for 1 minute.
  • Mix all the ingredients of the sauce in a vent n’ serve and cook for 3 minutes. Let cool down and thicken.
  • Put in the power chef the mix 1 and stir. Add the mix 2, stir.
  • Pour the mix in the Stack Cooker and cook for 7 minutes at 80%.
  • Let cool and unmold. Pour the sauce and nuts over the cake.
