Chocolate cake with caramel sauce and roasted nuts
Mix #1
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup oil
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla
Mix #2
- 1 ⅓ cup flour
- ½ cup cacao
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
Sauce
- ⅓ cup butter
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup 35% cream
- ½ cup nuts (optional)
With the chop n’ prep, chop the nuts and cut them in the cover or the Tupperwave, Cook for 1 minute.
Mix all the ingredients of the sauce in a vent n’ serve and cook for 3 minutes. Let cool down and thicken.
Put in the power chef the mix 1 and stir. Add the mix 2, stir.
Pour the mix in the Stack Cooker and cook for 7 minutes at 80%.
Let cool and unmold. Pour the sauce and nuts over the cake.
