Garden chicken pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 cup of pasta 11 min and more of cooking
  • 1 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 lbs of chicken breast cut in cube
  • 1 tbsp of paprika
  • 1 tbsp of Italian spice
  • 1 yellow pepper cut in cube (3 cm)
  • 1 red pepper cut in cube (3 cm)
  • 1 cup of green bean cut in piece of 2 cm
  • 1 cup of parsley
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup of dry sun tomato pesto

  • 1 cup dry sun tomato in oil
  • 2 garlic glove
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

for the pesto

  • Put the garlic and the pine nuts in the chop n' prep and chop.
  • Add the dried sun tomato and chop
  • Add the rest of the ingrediants and chop.

For the pasta

  • In the base of the smart multi-cooker put the pasta and the water. Add 1 tsp of salt.
  • Spice the chicken whit the paprika, Italian spice, salt and black pepper. Place in the shielded colander of the multi-cooker.
  • In the shallow colander, add the red/yellow peppers and the green bean.
  • Stage cook for 15 minutes at high and rest for 5 minutes before open.
  • Whit the power chef, chop the parsley
  • Mix the chicken, vegetable and pasta together.
  • Add the parsley and the dry sun tomato pesto. Mix well and serve.
