Fruit sherbet
Ingredients
2 1/2
cup
of frozen berries
(get out 15 minutes before the recipe)
1/4
cup
of sugar
2
egg whites
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the Quick-Chef or the power chef with the blade.
Stir vigorously to raise the egg whites and get a smooth consistency.
Transfer to a container for freezing.
Place in freezer for at least two hours before serving.
