Fruit sherbet
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup of frozen berries (get out 15 minutes before the recipe)
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 2 egg whites
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the Quick-Chef or the power chef with the blade.
- Stir vigorously to raise the egg whites and get a smooth consistency.
- Transfer to a container for freezing.
- Place in freezer for at least two hours before serving.
