Fruit sherbet


  • 2 1/2 cup of frozen berries (get out 15 minutes before the recipe)
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 2 egg whites


  • Place all ingredients in the Quick-Chef or the power chef with the blade.
  • Stir vigorously to raise the egg whites and get a smooth consistency.
  • Transfer to a container for freezing.
  • Place in freezer for at least two hours before serving.
