Place the white fish into the 3L Tupperwave stack cooker.
Put the carrots, onion, parsley, garlic into the Quick chef or the power chef and Chop the ingredients as fine as you want them to be.
Place the vegetable mixture on top of the Fish.
Add some salt and pepper to taste.
Put the cream over the top of the vegetables and fish.
Cook for 10 minutes at 80% in the Tupperwave
