Fish with white sauce and vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 lb white Fish or Salmon
- 3 carrots peeled and cut into large pieces
- 1 onion (peeled not chopped)
- 1 clove of garlic (peeled not chopped)
- 1/2 cup of thick cream
- Fresh Parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the white fish into the 3L Tupperwave stack cooker.
- Put the carrots, onion, parsley, garlic into the Quick chef or the power chef and Chop the ingredients as fine as you want them to be.
- Place the vegetable mixture on top of the Fish.
- Add some salt and pepper to taste.
- Put the cream over the top of the vegetables and fish.
- Cook for 10 minutes at 80% in the Tupperwave
