Fish with white sauce and vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 lb white Fish or Salmon
  • 3 carrots peeled and cut into large pieces
  • 1 onion (peeled not chopped)
  • 1 clove of garlic (peeled not chopped)
  • 1/2 cup of thick cream
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place the white fish into the 3L Tupperwave stack cooker.
  • Put the carrots, onion, parsley, garlic into the Quick chef or the power chef and Chop the ingredients as fine as you want them to be.
  • Place the vegetable mixture on top of the Fish.
  • Add some salt and pepper to taste.
  • Put the cream over the top of the vegetables and fish.
  • Cook for 10 minutes at 80% in the Tupperwave
