Cilantro and garlic chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt of Mushrooms, 225g
  • 10 spring of Fresh Cilantro
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • 3 Chicken breasts, deboned
  • salt and pepper to taste

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup of 35% Cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the mushrooms into slices with the Universal Series Knife and put them in the top colander of the SmartSteamer.
  • Put the Garlic and half the Cilantro in the Chop'n'Prep and chop it.
  • Cut the chicken into strips, put them into the Base of the SmartSteamer and cover them with a mixture of garlic and Cilantro.
  • Place the 2 parts of the Steamer on top of the Reservoir of water, filled with 400ml.
  • Put the cover on and cook in the Microwave for 30 minutes at 80%.
  • Let it stand for 5 minutes.
  • Put the rest of the Cilantro in the Chop'n'Prep and chop it.
  • Press half a lemon whit the zest n' press
  • In the Micro-Pitcher, put the cream, the corn flour, lemon juice, the rest of the chopped cilantro, the salt and pepper.
  • Mix and cook in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds at 70% power.
  • Mix the sauce again to be sure it is homogeneous.
  • Serve the chicken with mushrooms and the sauce.
