Cut the mushrooms into slices with the Universal Series Knife and put them in the top colander of the SmartSteamer.
Put the Garlic and half the Cilantro in the Chop’n’Prep and chop it.
Cut the chicken into strips, put them into the Base of the SmartSteamer and cover them with a mixture of garlic and Cilantro.
Place the 2 parts of the Steamer on top of the Reservoir of water, filled with 400ml.
Put the cover on and cook in the Microwave for 30 minutes at 80%.
Let it stand for 5 minutes.
Put the rest of the Cilantro in the Chop’n’Prep and chop it.
Press half a lemon whit the zest n’ press
In the Micro-Pitcher, put the cream, the corn flour, lemon juice, the rest of the chopped cilantro, the salt and pepper.
Mix and cook in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds at 70% power.
Mix the sauce again to be sure it is homogeneous.
Serve the chicken with mushrooms and the sauce.
