Heat the olive oil in the Sauté pan.
Chop the onion in the Quick Chef Pro or the power chef
Cook the onion gently until lightly coloured.
Chop the fennel and spinach in the Power Chef.
Add them to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
Salt, pepper and add the seasoning.
Cook the pasta in the Pasta Cooker, according to the requirements, drain and set aside.
Remove the skin from the sausages and add the meat of the sausage to the pan.
Cook just until the meat is no longer pink.
Pour the chicken broth into the pan, deglaze the pan and let the liquid reduce for some minutes.
Pour the pasta into the sauce.
At the moment of serving, add the parmesan.
