Herbed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced
  • 2-4 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • ½ tsp dried basio, oregano or tarragon crushed

Instructions

  • Slice potatoes about ¼"/.63 cm thick. Arrange potato and onion slices in the Cover, placing smaller pieces in the center. Combine 4 tbsp. water, plus butter and herbs; pour over vegetables. Stack and cook as directed on page 10. Stir before serving.
  • May be cooked separately, uncovered, using 2 tbsp. water. Cook on high power 10–12 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir before serving.
