- Stack Cooker
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 small onion thinly sliced
- 2-4 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- ½ tsp dried basio, oregano or tarragon crushed
- Slice potatoes about ¼”/.63 cm thick. Arrange potato and onion slices in the Cover, placing smaller pieces in the center. Combine 4 tbsp. water, plus butter and herbs; pour over vegetables. Stack and cook as directed on page 10. Stir before serving.
- May be cooked separately, uncovered, using 2 tbsp. water. Cook on high power 10–12 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir before serving.
