Ingredients
- 1 egg beaten
- ½ cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- ⅓ cup reduced-fat (2%) milk
- 1 tbsp barbecue sauce, chili sauce or ketchup
- 1¼ lbs lean ground beef
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce, chili sauce or ketchup
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine egg, stuffing mix, milk, onion soup mix, and the 2 tbsp. barbecue sauce; add ground beef and mix well. Shape into five loaves. Arrange loaves around edge of the 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole. Stack and cook as directed on page 10. Spoon the ¼ cup barbecue sauce over loaves before serving.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 8–10 minutes or until no longer pink. Spoon the ¼ cup barbecue sauce over loaves before serving.
