Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can tomato sauce (225g)
  • ½ cup taco sauce
  • 1 can kidney beans (455g)
  • ½ cup cheese shredded
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 small tomato diced
  • tortilla chips

Instructions

  • Add beef to Colander and place on 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole. Cover and microwave on high power 5–6 minutes, stirring halfway through. Drain and wipe Casserole clean. Transfer meat to 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole, add tomato sauce, taco sauce and kidney beans with liquid. Stack and cook . To serve, top with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes and tortilla chips.
  • May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 6–8 minutes or until heated through. To serve, sprinkle with desired toppings.
