Ingredients

  • 2 cups quick-cooking rice
  • 1 cup Vienna sausages or cooked chorizo
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp sofrito
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp ground annatto or paprika
  • 1 tsp Adobo seasoning with pepper

Instructions

  • In 3-Qt./3 L Casserole, combine rice, sausage, water, sofrito, oregano, annatto and Adobo. Stack and cook.
  • May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 7 minutes.
