Ingredients
- 2 cups quick-cooking rice
- 1 cup Vienna sausages or cooked chorizo
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp sofrito
- ½ tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp ground annatto or paprika
- 1 tsp Adobo seasoning with pepper
Instructions
- In 3-Qt./3 L Casserole, combine rice, sausage, water, sofrito, oregano, annatto and Adobo. Stack and cook.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 7 minutes.
