Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 red bell pepper seeded and coarsely chopped
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp coarse kosher salt
- ½ cup feta or goat cheese
Instructions
- Combine corn, red bell pepper, black pepper and salt in Cover. Stack and cook. Toss with cheese and serve warm.
- May be cooked separately, uncovered, on high power 6 minutes. Toss with cheese and serve warm.
