Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 1 red bell pepper seeded and coarsely chopped
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp coarse kosher salt
  • ½ cup feta or goat cheese

Instructions

  • Combine corn, red bell pepper, black pepper and salt in Cover. Stack and cook. Toss with cheese and serve warm.
  • May be cooked separately, uncovered, on high power 6 minutes. Toss with cheese and serve warm.
