Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup seasoned breadcumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp cayenne
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until well combined. Shape into eight meatballs and place in 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole. Stack and cook.
  • May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 8–10 minutes.
