Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup seasoned breadcumbs
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp cayenne
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until well combined. Shape into eight meatballs and place in 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole. Stack and cook.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 8–10 minutes.
