- Stack Cooker
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup yellow cormeal
- ½ tsp coarse kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup parmesan or cheddar chese shredded
- In 3-Qt./3 L Casserole, combine water, cornmeal, salt, pepper and cheese. Stack and cook.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 6 minutes.
