Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup yellow cormeal
  • ½ tsp coarse kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup parmesan or cheddar chese shredded

Instructions

  • In 3-Qt./3 L Casserole, combine water, cornmeal, salt, pepper and cheese. Stack and cook.
  • May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 6 minutes.
