Ingredients

  • 1 cup couscous
  • cup water
  • ½ tsp coarse kosher salt
  • ½ small onion chopped

Instructions

  • In 3-Qt./3 L Casserole, combine couscous, water, salt and chopped onion. Stack and cook. Fluff with fork.
  • May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 3 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
