Ingredients
- 1 cup couscous
- 1½ cup water
- ½ tsp coarse kosher salt
- ½ small onion chopped
Instructions
- In 3-Qt./3 L Casserole, combine couscous, water, salt and chopped onion. Stack and cook. Fluff with fork.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 3 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
