Ingredients

  • 12 onces raw medium shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 cup crushed fire-roasted tomatoes
  • ½ tbst brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients, except butter, in 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole and mix well. Stack and cook. At the end of cooking time, stir in butter.
  • May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 10–12 minutes.
