Ingredients
- 12 onces raw medium shrimp peeled & deveined
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 cup crushed fire-roasted tomatoes
- ½ tbst brown sugar
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
- Place all ingredients, except butter, in 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole and mix well. Stack and cook. At the end of cooking time, stir in butter.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 10–12 minutes.
