- Stack Cooker
- 1 zucchini sliced ½” thick
- 1 yellow squash sliced ½” thick
- ½ small red onion diced
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- Place zucchini, squash, onion and carrot in 3-Qt./3 L Casserole. Stack and cook. At the end of cooking time, add olive oil, salt and pepper, then mix to coat.
- May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 4–6 minutes.
