Ingredients

  • 1 lb cauliflower shredded
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  • Add cauliflower and water to 3-Qt./3 L Casserole. Stack and cook. At the end of cooking time, add lime juice and salt.

May be cooked separately, covered, on high power 5 minutes.
