No Bake Nut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • cup nut butter of choice
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup coconut shredded
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In the Whip 'N Mix Chef, combine nut butter and melted butter, cover and mix on gear II until peanut butter is smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix until mixture is fully combined.
  • Using the Ice Cream Scoop, portion out 8 cookies in the Freezer Mates PLUS Large Shallow. Seal and freeze for 10–20 min.
  • Serve immediately. Can be stored in the fridge up to 1 week.
