No Bake Nut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- ⅔ cup nut butter of choice
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup coconut shredded
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In the Whip ‘N Mix Chef, combine nut butter and melted butter, cover and mix on gear II until peanut butter is smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until mixture is fully combined.
- Using the Ice Cream Scoop, portion out 8 cookies in the Freezer Mates PLUS Large Shallow. Seal and freeze for 10–20 min.
- Serve immediately. Can be stored in the fridge up to 1 week.
